I’m sorry for your loss, pain and suffering. Whenever we lose a loved one in death we feel a sting and a void in our hearts, as if someone ripped part of our heart out. The pain seems like it will never go away. It will with time, or it will at least ease up. The Bible reassures us of that in 1 Corinthians 15:54,55 - “Death is swallowed up forever. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?” God promises us there will be no more death. (Rev. 22:3,4). Turn to him in prayer.

Terry, so very sorry that your dad has passed. He has been on my prayer list along with Stan since I saw he was ill. Never knew the circumstances but knew you were doing your best to make his wishes a reality. You were very blessed to have both parents to share so many years together. You are in my thoughts & prayers.
Love , Carla

To the McLain Family and Friends
In 1968 the Kielers and son Kevin moved to Akron, Ohio, where God gave us one of the great gifts of our lives Bob & Mary McLain, our cross the street neighbors. They brought so many memories to our life that will never be forgotten. There love and friendship made our move so much easier. They taught us what it meant to be good parents, neighbors and friends. What a blessing they were and I guess we never told them how much they meant to us and our growing family. We loved the whole family when 4 years later we moved to Pittsburg. It is so sad to see them both gone, but we have never forgot what they gave us Love, Friendship and Faith.
Rest in Peace Mary and Bob surrounded by those you love
We love you The Kieler Family

Oh when the saints...go marching in...on when the saints go...marching in!! Now, when the saints go marching in...Yes, I want to be in that number...when the saints go marching in!! When Bob and his wife hosted me and my family into their Thanksgiving feast in 1980...I knew...I wanted to be a part...of their...numbers!! How could I ever have dreamt to receive a surrogate family of love offers ...for 39 years!! My oh my...have our numbers increased..of family and friends... falling into the line...the circle...that Bob and Mary... called love. We laughed until Marty fell of the dining room chair over the lavender in the hospital room joke!! We laughed until we doubled over and wet our pants as Bob lined his garden walls with my failed dinner rolls! We cried when they moved away! We encouraged Bob off the roof as he determinedly removed fallen pine needles and pine cones! We never grew tired of his antics nor sharing adult beverages around his fire! He lit up the world with love for his beloved Mary...and YES... I am Still... part of that number,, following his lead...IN!! I am so so proud...to be a part...of his number!!

Dear Terry, Stan and all the members of the extended McClain and Cooper families,
It is obvious from the obituary that Bob was a much lived and respected man and it was my great pleasure to get to know him even a little bit. I looked forward to his smile and he always had something nice to say to everyone.
I am saddened for the family, his passing came too soon but everyone rejoices with him that he is reunited with his beloved wife.
Yet my heart grieves for you and I hope you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you
share.
Love and comfort, Mecki and John
