Obituary of Teddy Bruce Willis
HUDSON - Teddy B. Willis, 71, died March 23, 2020.
Born in Carrollton, MO, he was a Hudson resident for seven years, a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Christ Community Chapel-Hudson campus. He had a life-long passion for Corvettes, spending time with his family, and travel. He visited all 50 states, and several countries.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Charlene; sons Darren of Hudson, and Scott (Heidi) Johnson of Harrisburg, NC; grandchildren Vincent, Jennifer, Matthew, and Emily; siblings Terry (Lisa) Willis of Bedford, NH, Stephen (Barb) Willis of Liberty Township, OH, and Clyde (LouAnne) Willis of Carrollton, MO; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Committal service with military honors will be held Friday, August 7th at 10 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, August 8th at 11 AM at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, where friends may call from 10 AM until service time. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Diabetes Action Research and Education Foundation. Redmon Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
