Obituary of David Richard Lehrer, Jr.

MUNROE FALLS - David R. Lehrer Jr., 75, died December 6, 2020. Born and raised in Sandusky, he was a resident of Munroe Falls since 1977, and a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of the swim team in college. David had been employed with Akron General Medical Center as an E.R. and PACU nurse, retiring in 2012. He enjoyed woodworking, electronics, and was a stereo enthusiast. David very much enjoyed spending time with his sons and grandsons. Preceded in death by wife, Susan Lehrer; sister Barbara Hebrank. He is survived by his sons, Greg, Mark and Jason (Cara O’Flannigan) Lehrer; grandchildren, Carson, Austin, James, Luke; sisters, Susan Peoples, Anne (Barry) Harrison, Francy (Ron) Feltner; brother, Stephen (Susan) Lehrer; brother-in-law, Richard Hebrank. Cremation has taken place.
