Obituary of Theda J. Rowland
STOW - Theda J. Rowland, 88, died December 11, 2020.
Born in Richfield, OH, she was a Stow resident for over 65 years and had been a longtime member of Stow Alliance Fellowship.
Preceded in death by her first husband Raymond Vallen, her parents Robert and Rose Babbitt and siblings Glenn Babbitt and Doris Garrison, she is survived by her husband Harold Rowland; her children Lois (Gary) Anders of Aurora, Gail Eberhardt of Cuyahoga Falls, son Dennis (Joy) Vallen of Kent; Harold’s children, Audrey (Gregg) Walsh, Terri Tisch (Mark Moynihan), Bruce (Ann) Rowland, Jeff (Lynn) Rowland, Connie Rowland, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A special thank you to Gary Ray and Crossroads Hospice for their care of Theda.
Funeral service will be held Thursday 1 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 11 AM until service time. Burial Stow Cemetery. Livestreaming of Theda's funeral service will be available at www.facebook.com/Redmonfuneralhome. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Hope Community Church, 3033 Middleton Road, Hudson 44236.
