Obituary of Terry A. Winters

MUNROE FALLS - Theresa Winters, 77, died June 6, 2021. Born in Cuyahoga Falls, she was a resident of Munroe Falls since 1994. After some time rising through the secretarial ranks at Goodyear and Terex, she helped manage the family tax business for 50 years. Unsurpassed in her devotion to family, Theresa was a kindhearted woman of refined tastes and often enjoyed spirited conversation with family and friends. Detail oriented and highly skilled in the art of organization, she took great pride in the appearance of her home and rentals. Hardworking, dedicated, loving, and generous, her big heart opened up to many throughout her lifetime as she impulsively put others before herself. Always a great student and a quick learner, Terry’s mind stayed sharp in her later years, as she leaves behind a seven game win streak in words with friends. Terry thrived in her matriarchal role and loved playing the graceful host. Beautiful memories of lavish Christmas celebrations, thoughtful birthdays, and simple gatherings will bring the family peace and joy for the rest of their days. She leaves a hole that cannot be filled and will be missed tremendously. Preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Theresa Crimaldi, she is survived by her husband, Nelson Winters; sons, Eddie Armani and David Hodge; sister, Mary (Paul) Shope; and brother, Michael (Terri) Crimaldi.
