Obituary of Mark Keen

STOW - Mark Keen, 57, born November 16, 1963, to Kenneth and Euyvonne (nee Hess) Keen, died June 11, 2021. Born in Akron, Mark was raised in Cuyahoga Falls, graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School, and had been a member of the Summit Bowling League. Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth, he is survived by his mother, Euyvonne Keen; domestic partner, David Shodeen; sister, Pennie (Brock) Gloeckner; niece, Amanda; nephew, James; four great-nieces; one great-great-nephew; his two dogs, his “hairy kids”, Midnight and Buddy, as well as a host of relatives and friends. Mark was also preceded in death by his and David's three dogs, Oddie, Harley, and Cosmo. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday 6 PM to 8 PM. Service and burial Thursday 1:30 PM at Silver Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Summit County, 7996 Darrow Road, Suite 30, Twinsburg 44087.
