Obituary of Sharon Marie Carr

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Sharon Carr, 73, died June 15, 2021. Born in Ravenna, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls since 1988, was a member of Northampton United Methodist Church, and retired as a teacher in 2006 from the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District. Sharon enjoyed golf, traveling, socializing with her retired friends, meeting with church study groups, and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Willa Hanni and brother, Neal Hanni, she is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert; sons, Michael Carr (Sara), Matthew Carr (April Jennings); grandchildren, Garrett and Hannah, and brother, Dennis Hanni (Clair). Pastor Matt Merriman will conduct service Wednesday, June 30 at 5 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 3 PM until service time. There will be a dinner hosted at the Northampton United Methodist Church following the service for friends and family. Private interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
