Obituary of Philip Joseph Chrobak

SILVER LAKE - Philip J. Chrobak, 54, died October 16, 2021. Born in Akron, he was a resident of Silver Lake since 2003. Phil had been employed with Rubbermaid as a cost savings analyst for 25 years. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Phil was an eagle scout who enjoyed boating, watching football, pierogies, working on his truck, and most of all, spending time with his friends and family. Preceded in death by father, Dennis S. Chrobak, he is survived by his wife, Tricia Chrobak; children, Christopher (Shazia) Chrobak, Taylor (Richard) Smetts; mother, Bonnie Chrobak; grandson, Zinadeen; sister, Catherine Chrobak, and brother, James Chrobak. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9 AM Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church 3179 Kent Road, Stow, OH. Friends may call 5 PM to 8 PM Friday, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH.
