Obituary of Dolores Ann Howe

STOW - Dolores Ann Howe, 89, died October 26, 2021. Born in Uniontown, PA, she had lived in Stow since 1958 and was a devout Catholic and longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Mrs. Howe was a graduate of the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, had been employed with St. Thomas Hospital in Akron, and retired from Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in 1987. Dolores enjoyed being a member of the Red Hat Society, but her greatest joy was time spent with her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Glenn, and her parents, William and Mary (nee Marinelli) Doria, she is survived by her children, Debi (John) Altomare, Glennelle (Roger) Bourgeois, William (Beth) Howe, Janine (John) Daymon, Rachelle (Bill) Wilson, and Tara Saunders; 15 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 4 to 7 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial Tuesday 9 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Road, Stow 44224, Fr. Paul Rosing celebrant. Burial Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
