Obituary of Theodore "Ted" J. Uzl

STOW - Theodore "Ted" J. Uzl, 59, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 12th, 2022, after a three-year battle with esophageal cancer. Born in Cleveland, Ted graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School in 1980. He was a resident of Stow since 2003, a member of Holy Family Parish, and a successful self-employed painting contractor. Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph "Bob" and Catherine, and mother-in-law, Mary Louise Nikitin, he is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughter, Emma and son, Edward; step-children, Ashley and Tyler Marsh; siblings, John (Jayne), Robert (Peggy), Mary, Michael, Stephen (Tammy), Timothy (Catherine), Joseph (Valerie), and William (Vidas); as well as numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call Thursday, February 17th from 4 to 7 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, where Fr. Paul Rosing will conduct service Friday 10 AM.
