Obituary of Donald J. Frischkorn

STOW - Donald J. Frischkorn, Sr., 63, passed away April 13, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Altoona, PA, he was a Stow resident for 10 years. A veteran of the US Army, Donald was a proud graduate of Penn State University, Class of '69, member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a dedicated employee of the Pepsi Beverages Co. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Hazel and brother Edward, he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janet; daughter Susan Frischkorn of VA; son Donald, Jr. (Rebecca) of VA; grandson Brady; sister Therese Frischkorn of Altoona, PA; faithful watch dog Toby and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call Thursday 4 to 7 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, Father Joseph Mamich Celebrant.
