Obituary of Elizabeth Chepus

SILVER LAKE – Elizabeth D. Chepus, died February 7, 2010.  Born in Leyalsock, PA, she had graduated from Cornell University and Ohio University.  She was a professor at Kent State University and Ohio State University and served her country in the Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by an infant son, she is survived by her husband of 58 years, James. There will be no calling hours.  Military service will be conducted at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Wednesday at 11:30 AM.
