Obituary of Carol A. Mueller

Carol Ann Mueller, age 82, of Stow, Ohio passed away on June 11, 2016 at Akron City Hospital. Carol was born in Sherwood, North Dakota to Kermit and Lyla Mason on February 6, 1934. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with degrees in nursing and occupational therapy. She also worked as a social worker. Carol enjoyed photography and orchids. Carol is survived by brothers, Kermit A. Mason, Jr., of Avon Lake, Ohio, Richard (Sandy) Mason of East Moline, Illinois; a sister-in-law, Rheta Mason of Bemidji, Minnesota; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Peter B. Mueller; her parents; daughter, Mary Beth Mueller; and brothers, Vern Mason and Gary Mason. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Jenny Ahrens from Lighthouse Senior Assistance, and Carol’s friends and neighbors for their kindness and support.
