Obituary of Thomas Robert Uldal

Thomas Robert Uldal, 81, of Ormond Beach, FL, passed away suddenly on August 22, 2016 in Akron, OH. He graduated from Stevens College in New Jersey. Tom, a retired mechanical engineer, worked on multiple military and residential projects throughout his career. He also enjoyed designing and completing home improvements for family and friends. Tom was outgoing, had a contagious sense of humor, and loved spending time with his family and friends. He especially loved playing bridge. Tom enjoyed traveling, lived life to the fullest and was a true mensch. Tom is survived by his wife, Patty Felder-Uldal; children, Susan Pascalar (Michael); Robert Uldal (Suzanne); Patricia Gnardellis (Peter); step-children, Carrie Felder, Jaime Felder (Mandy); and five grandchildren, Benjamin, Andrew, Kristine, Emily & Nickolas. Visitation and service was held at Redmon Funeral Home. A further gathering to celebrate Tom's life will be held on November 25th, 2016 at 2 PM at 24402 Wolf Branch Road in Sorrento, FL.
