Carolyn and family,
I am so glad that you reached out and got in touch with me to inform of Tom's passing. I can't tell you of how much of a Great Friend I always thought of Tom. He was one of the most sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know! We worked together at Jaguar Cleveland for many years together, I think 8 or so fun years....lots of laughs and great time spent together. Always a Great friend who was there to help anyone and everyone when ever he could. He never complained or belittled anyone, always thought and saw the best in people!
To all of his sons and daughter- in laws and grand children: Tom was a very Special Man, that I know you are all extremely proud of him and he was full of life and love for all. Always remember the fun and great times that you all had together and don't lose those memories, carry them with you!
I loved the video you had put together of all of the family at Christmas and the weddings and his childhood pictures you posted. (You know we used to tease Tom at work, because he told us that his father had a "shower " in his office! And we teased him that he was privilaged and rich!! (Drawing a chuckle of the mention of his favorite lounge wear!) But Tom was Very Rich in Love and Support of anyone in need .
I personally will miss Tom and only wish to have been a better friend! You all know and should be very proud to have had Tom as your spouce, father, Grandfather and Friend! I know I am.
And Tom will always be around to talk to, whenever you need his guidence, you will be able to feel his wonderful presence if you look for it!
All the Best and my Sincerely Sympathy for your Loss, but you know he will be looking down upon us all!
