Obituary of Jack Edward Dowler

STOW – Jack Edward Dowler, Jr., 73, died February 13, 2021. Born in Burgettstown, PA he was a resident of Stow since 1978, and a U.S. Naval Corps veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. Jack had been employed with Ford Motor Co. at the Walton Hills Stamping Plant, retiring in 2007. He was an avid Ohio State fan who enjoyed civil war reenacting, taking trips to the beach, and Universal monster movies. Above all he loved his grandchildren and the time he spent with them. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Michele, he is survived by his sons, Seth and Brandon (Natalie) Dowler; grandchildren, Paige, Morgan, Brooklynn, Haylee, Parker, Landry; brother, Tom (Tamara) Slopek; sister, Patricia (Dr. Michael) Smith.
