Mrs. Marsh and family, I am truly saddened by Boyd's passing. Please accept my condolences. I had the priviledge of serving as a health commissioner with Boyd. His colleagues held him in high regard for his expertise and experience in public health. In fact, Boyd was part of the team that conducted the first peer review of my health department in Mahoning County. Again, my condolences, Matthew Stefanak
